Hawthorne Woods Sign in desperate need of repair!

As I have been talking with residents these last few weeks, I stopped by to look out the Hawthorne Woods sign that welcomes all of us home each day. The picture below says it all. Not only is the sign rotten but the electric isn't working and the whole area is overgrown and out of control. My hope is that we can cut back the scale of this area so it is easier to maintain and move the sign to something stone which will require minimal to no maintenance as we go forward. Let the board of trustees know what you think.
